Korean gunner apologizes for calling Iranian athletes is 'terrorist'

 

Athletes Jin Jong-Oh apologized for inappropriate comments about Javad Foroughi, who won the golden medal with a short 5 m at Olympic Tokyo.

Jin last week criticized the International Olympic Committee (IOC) because of a terrorist element to win the highest position at the Olympics.

Jin Jong-Oh returned to Incheon International Airport, South Korea, on July 31 after the end of the game at Olympic Tokyo.

Javad Foroughi was supposed to be a member of Iranian Islamic Revolution (IRGC), the Finished Force to the list of terrorist organizations in 2019.
